New Facebook Business Suite debuted globally
In an effort to simplify and centralize content management across Facebook and Instagram, Facebook has launched a new Facebook Business Suite desktop and mobile app for publishing, messaging, and tracking analytics. The tool is designed specifically with small businesses (SMBs) in mind.
How to use the new Business Suite
Visit business.facebook.com on desktop and, if you’re eligible, you’ll be redirected to the new Business Suite tool. On mobile, download the Facebook Business Suite app (or open the Pages Manager App if you already have it, and you’ll be able to opt into Business Suite).
Then, you’ll have these tools and features available:
View updates at a glance (alerts, messages, comments, and other activity)
Set up personalized saved replies for common questions
Post to Facebook and Instagram (draft, schedule, and publish)
View Insights with metrics including reach and engagement
Boost a post (Note: Facebook mentioned “this product is not currently meant for those using Ads Manager for advertising.”)

Why it matters
In reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic, Facebook is making strides to help SMBs who previously relied on foot traffic to more easily transition to doing business digitally. Hopefully, this tool will make it easier for some marketers to reach their audiences during trying times.
